However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This page outlines our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Course Enrollment Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your enrollment in any course by contacting us at aalokanacademy@gmail.com within 15 days of purchasing the course.
  • If you cancel within the specified period, you will be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy detailed below.
  • Cancellations requested after 15 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for any refunds.

b. Automatic Cancellation:

  • Aalokan Academy reserves the right to automatically cancel your enrollment if there are any issues with payment (e.g., chargeback, declined payment, or suspected fraud).

2. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are available within 15 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, you must send an email to aalokanacademy@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • Refunds will only be considered if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. If more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed, no refund will be issued.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

b. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Non-refundable items include any downloadable content, study materials, or resources that were provided as part of the course.
  • Any special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

c. Processing of Refunds:

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Course Transfers

In some cases, Aalokan Academy may allow you to transfer your enrollment to another course, subject to availability and our team’s approval. Course transfer requests must be made within the 7-day cancellation window and may be subject to additional fees if there is a price difference between the courses.

4. No Refunds for Failed Exams

Our courses are designed to help you prepare for competitive exams such as UPSC and PCS; however, Aalokan Academy does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. As such, no refunds will be issued based on exam performance or failure to pass.
